Learning can be sharpened through practice. McKinsey & Company suggests an effective strategy for continually learning, growing, and achieving development goals.
They have designed a simple “3x3x3” method for planning professional development goals that aligns with effective learning practices.
In simple terms, 3x3x3 encourages you to define three actionable goals over three months, engaging three other people to support you in achieving them and hold you accountable.

After getting familiar with the resources on intentional learning, complete your action planning to put learning into practice.

- Made a plan to implement learning to practice by setting three goals for three months, with the support of three people.
Activity content and badge issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for youth workers to work internationally.
Learning duration: 30 mins.
