The Network of Cities and Regions of Learning connects learning opportunities across territories and makes them more visible and accessible to all learners.
Cities and Regions of Learning use the latest digital technology to map learning opportunities, offer local and digital experiences combined into Learning Playlists, and use digital Open Badges to value and recognise learning and achievements.
Cities and Regions of Learning build on the interests of learners and connect them with opportunities in a territory. It promotes open and inclusive learning for all.
